Great service, honesty and trustworthiness are the reasons why I bring my 11 year old VW Bug (Bugabu) to Autosys. I know nothing about cars. I want to get in, turn the key and have my car take me safely to my destination. When I call in to Autosys with a problem, Marcus is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel that he understands my problem and can explain, simply to me, what to do to fix it. My most recent situation caused him to have to order part after part in order to get the right one installed. He never gave up. They fixed the problem and I had my car the next day. This is the kind of service I always get from the whole team at Autosys. I trust that they will give me a fair quote for their service and never try to oversell. It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Autosys. Their work on my car was exceptional. It was always at or below their estimate and was always done in a timely manner. The quality of the work done on my Honda Accord was made evident the second I started driving it. My car had very poor shift quality before Autosys flushed the transmission fluid. The car now shifts more smoothly than the day I brought it. I had equally pleasant results after their work on my brakes. They also correctly diagnosed the cause of the SRS warning light and found it to be a bad seat buckle. I would not hesitate to recommend Autosys to anyone that wons a car. |

There is no other shop I will let touch my car. This shop is very honest, great customer service and they know what they are doing better than any shop I have ever taken my car to. I had a dealership completely mess my car up and theses guys were able to find and fix the problem (quickly) ... the dealership couldn't even find the problem after having the car three separate times for the same problem. They're the BEST! |

Dear Gary, Mike (and your Staff): It was a little more that three years ago I was lucky enough to have my Jeep clutch fail at 520 and Redmond Way. I limped my prized 1985 Jeep into your shop hopping to find someone that wouldn't take advantage of my misfortune. Not only was I met by courteous individuals, but your staff promised to expedite my repair and inform me as to the cause and the cost of the clutch problem. I was preparing myself for a major repair bill. Mike called the next morning (Saturday), informing me that the clutch cable came loose and the repair was complete, total cost $55.00. I was surprised, shocked and quite pleased with the news. Because of your professionalism, honesty, and technical ability I found a new repair shop. The rest is history. Since that time, your staff has completely taken care of all of the repairs needed for the aging (but cherished) Jeep (muffler, carburetor, shocks, rear end, cooling system and electrical system). It seems my son had a lot of fun driving the Jeep the 2 years he was in California, but failed to do any mechanical maintenance after his mountain adventures. Not only has my summer driving vehicle (Jeep) been essentially rebuilt by your staff, I have entrusted all repairs and maintenance for my 1990 Ford F150 Pickup and my daughters 1997 Toyota Avalon to your firm. My son, now responsible for his own vehicle, has actually continued the tradition and is bringing his 2002 Ford F150 pickup to your shop for repair and maintenance. I have never been disappointed in your work, the timing of the repairs nor the fairness in your approach to customer satisfaction. My hat is off to Autosys (That Muffler and Brake). Thank you again for a job well done. |

My wife and I have been taking our automobiles to Mike & Gary for over ten years now, and wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles. Their entire staff has always proven to be knowledgeable, courteous and honest with us every time we've had to take a car or truck in for some service problem. There was one particular time that we had taken our 1999 Toyota Tacoma truck (which was new) into the dealer for a problem with the air conditioner. They kept the truck for well over a week, could not identify the problem and then wanted to sell us a brand new air conditioning unit. We ended up taking it into Mike & Gary and with a lot of time and effort put into it by Calvin, he was able to identify the problem, get the $17.00 part and fix the truck. This is the type of service we've come to expect and appreciate so much from their shop. They have always been so kind that you can't help feel like you've got friends taking care of your vehicles for you. |

Autosys has been keeping my cars and trucks on the road for about 4 years now. I'd recommend their services to anyone. I drive used cars, some have seen much better days. When Autosys performs my regular service they always do a spot check and let me know of anything that I should keep an eye on until my next service. Most other shops would've tried to talk me into a costly fix, but Autosys is always honest about if a problem can wait a few months. My wife and I will continue to use Autosys, even if they move outside our area. |

I am more the happy to contribute to AAA's consumer protection oriented mission by offering my honest assessment of the experiences I've had at Autosys Inc. I have had Autosys service my vehicles for the last 12 years, and have always been left feeling very satisfied with their work. Over the years I have also noticed that the owners and employees consistently behave in a friendly, helpful and ethical manner - toward myself as well as the other customers I've seen in the shop. Unlike other shops I've visited in the past, I've never been treated in a condescending or disrespectful manner by the staff at Autosys. It is do comforting to know that with Autosys Inc. I can drop off my car and have it repaired promptly and correctly ... and I'll always be treated in a thoroughly decent fashion!
